Amazing hotel with amenities like wi-fi, laundry, and a coffee shop. The friendly staff even helped me find my lost car keys during my first stay. I highly recommend it. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Clean quite spacious room, they allowed child with no extra cost and staff was helpful and nice.

A bit hard matresses but its may be personal - I prefer softer bedding.

Excellent location for visiting bars and pubs. Found in a shopping part of the town.

This place suits me perfectly, as it provides everything I need, including wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and laundry service. I remember they helped me with a late check-out on my first stay. The staff is very accommodating and always ready to assist. I'm coming back for Christmas!

This is a very smart hotel for the price I paid. The restaurant was lovely but nobody seemed to use it.

Comfortable room, convenient location, the hotel is situated very near the train station and the main sights, with luggage storage available for easy exploration.

It was all fantastic.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Second visit this year and with the help of a czech friend saww many interesting places during both summer and winter stays. Highly recommended. The only problem is lack of tourist information which would boost hotel. My friend is extremely knowledgable so we were very fortunate visiting caves, lakes, restaurants etc. Czech people very friendly.

Parking attendent was very friendly and helpful as parking direct outside hotel is on a busy road.

I encountered several issues that left me disappointed. First, the AC in my room struggled to cool down adequately. I had also hoped for better soundproofing, as sounds from the street occasionally disturbed my peace.

one of very few hotels that actually tried to isolate rooms from noise - they tried to made soundproof doors in rooms. although they did not succeded in full, the attempt deserves respect. location is good, besides, a student agency bus from vienna airport stops in 50 meters from the hotel

Nice, big enough room, friendly and professional staff, it was my second stay in this hotel.

In the rooms there isn't wireless internet. In the lobby there is a wireless, internet, however I couldn't connect to it with two separate devices. Interestingly the prepaid O2 wireless internet works. I wonder why...

We found everything very good, would recomand it to everyone. Enjoyed that the hotel was nicely decorated and had very amiable staff during night shift. The place had a unique atmosphere. We stayed in an a nice size room with excellent bathroom and the 3th Level.

Large and clean room, varied breakfast buffet, friendly staffs. Easy to find, if you get train. (in front of the central station) Just 5mins. walk, you can go to the cicty central.
